can return it to us in accordance with the terms
below and we will credit back the full cost of the
item to the card you bought it with. The refund will

The return must be received within 90 days of the purchase
date on the website.

The full packaging
(excluding original envelope) must be in perfect
condition and returned complete with the item.

item must be in perfect condition unless the
reason for returning the item is a defect or
manufacture fault with the item. (we accept
of course that the sticker of the biophone
will be "used" and not in its original
condition).

The returned
item must be sent back by RECORDED DELIVERY
only. The cost of sending the item back is
entirely yours and will not be covered by the
refund.

You must send
in a photocopy of the original email receipt
of the purchase. We cannot refund any item
that is not proven to have been bought on this
website. So please, print off and keep your
receipt!
